Billing questions
Use Manage billing inside your account for payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation. For a disputed or duplicate charge, email support with the Stripe invoice number—never send full card details.
Security reports
Report a suspected vulnerability privately to support@cgreglab.space with clear reproduction steps and minimal necessary evidence. Do not access, alter, or retain data that does not belong to you.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” and state whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Identity verification may be required before account data is disclosed or changed.
