Terms of Service

The rules that govern accounts, subscriptions, authorized scanning, reports, and use of CyberRecon.

Last updated 28 August 2026

1. Agreement and service operator

These Terms apply when you access or use CyberRecon. CyberRecon is a CGregLab Security product operated by GREGLABS CO, the registered business identified in the Imprint.

These Terms describe the current service rules and do not replace legal advice or mandatory consumer protections.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace, including actions by invited members.

3. Authorized use

You may scan or monitor only public domains that you own or are expressly authorized to assess. You must follow the Acceptable Use and Authorized Scanning policies. You may not use CyberRecon to harm systems, evade controls, collect unrelated personal data, or facilitate unlawful activity.

4. Plans, trials, and limits

Features and limits vary by plan and are enforced at account and workspace level. The free trial lasts 30 days unless stated otherwise. We may reject or pause operations that exceed plan, safety, ownership, or concurrency controls.

5. Payments and renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes, if applicable, are handled according to the checkout configuration and mandatory law. CyberRecon does not store full card details.

6. Results and reports

Scan results are automated observations and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They are not a certification, legal opinion, penetration-test report, or guarantee that a domain is safe, compromised, or malicious. You remain responsible for verification and remediation decisions.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Providers, maintenance, rate limits, DNS behavior, target defenses, or outages can affect results. Material product or plan changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, policy violations, false authorization claims, or activity that threatens the service or third parties. You can cancel billing through Stripe and request account deletion through the protected account controls.

9. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CyberRecon is provided as a technical decision-support service and is not liable for decisions made solely from automated results.

10. Governing law and contact

German law applies where permitted, without removing mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available to consumers. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@cgreglab.space.
