CyberRecon documentation

A practical guide to authorized scanning, verified monitoring, alerts, reports, and account billing.

Last updated 28 August 2026

Create and secure your account

Register with a working email address, confirm the verification message, and sign in. Your profile, password, active sessions, subscription, clients, and workspace controls are available from the account menu.

  • Use a unique password and keep your inbox secure.
  • Confirm account and email-change messages only when you initiated the request.
  • Use the Security area to update your password or sign out other sessions.

Run an on-demand scan

Enter a public domain you own or are authorized to assess. CyberRecon gathers explainable phishing indicators, DNS and WHOIS intelligence, detected technologies, subdomains, and exposed services where the selected scan mode permits it.

A CyberRecon result is a decision-support report, not a guarantee that a website is safe or malicious. Verify high-impact decisions with additional evidence.

Verify domain ownership

Scheduled monitoring and active discovery require a current ownership or authorization check. CyberRecon provides either a DNS TXT value or a verification-file instruction. Keep the proof in place while monitoring is active.

Read the authorized scanning policy

Monitoring and alerts

Choose an eligible verified domain and a cadence allowed by your plan. CyberRecon compares later results with earlier evidence and can email changes, high-risk phishing warnings, completed-scan notices, and scheduled summaries.

Reports and client delivery

Completed scans can be downloaded as PDF security reports. Starter reports retain CyberRecon branding; Agency and Pro plans can apply workspace branding, report titles, colors, and support details.

Plans and billing

The free trial provides one monitored domain for 30 days. Paid plans raise domain, client, scan, history, monitoring, reporting, and team limits. Stripe hosts checkout, payment-method management, invoices, and cancellation controls; CyberRecon does not store card details.
